• We accept returns postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date, strictly.
• Returns postmarked outside of the 21 day return policy won't be refunded. No exceptions.
• Returns must be received in a new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with no signs of wear.
• Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping and handling fees are are non-refundable INCLUDING for orders that ship free of charge.
• Returns of 6+ items are a subject to a re-stocking fee of $5.00.
• Return your item(s) using an insured postal carrier. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. It will normally take 5-7 business days to process a refund.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail USPS shipping options are available at checkout.
First Class will take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
Express Mail is the only delivery method with a guaranteed delivery date. It will take 1-2 days to arrive.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.
Cancelled, refused or undeliverable orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refunded.
In case you'd like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a new shipping fee will be charged.
