The product is well made and all the fittings are of high quality. The packaging was great. Il lampadario è molto bello. Artem è disponibilissimo e ci ha aiutato prima e dopo la vendita. Le istruzioni erano chiare e l’installazione è stata facile.Il lampadario è ben fatto e tutte le sue componenti sono di ottima qualità. Tutto era imballato alla perfezione.

Shipped within the specified timescale. It took 4/5 days to leave Ukraine and 2.5 weeks to hit Ireland or get through customs (not sure which). Anyway I am delighted with the light. It looks fantastic. It took 2 hours to figure out how to put it together and 20 minutes to actually put it together. All elements were numbered well but there we no instruction to help speed up assembly. Anyway, we got there in the end. Communication from Artem was great. Thank you.

Came exactly as described, these guys gave excellent customer service and were patient with me getting it all figured out. The assembly looks a little intimidating at first, but if you go slowly it's all pretty easy! Will purchase again!
