Lovely pattern! I've made three coats with it. They have an elegant and classic fit. My only recommended edit is to not sew the hem until all of the six torso pieces are sewn together to make sure you get an even hem. I also experimented with adding a piece of leather to the back of the collar, a pocket on the inside of the collar, and bias on the exposed seems. The leather helps give the collar structure and the bias was great to help the interior seams stay tidy. Even with a zigzag stitch over the inner edge, the thick linen frayed some. I look forward to using this pattern again. Thanks!
