Description

These handmade necklaces are made of quality sterling silver, and feature a dainty silver spoon charm on a silver chain, with a spring ring clasp. With 'Spoonie' being the slang word for somebody with a chronic illness, these necklaces make the perfect gift to a loved one or a treat to yourself, to give you that extra bit of strength on a low-spoon day. The necklaces are on approximately 16 or 18 inch (approx 20 or 23cm) length chains, with the spoon charm measuring 0.6 inches (15mm).

Please note that these necklaces are similar in design to those included in our Pink Chronic Pain Spoonie Survival Kits, however those in our pink kits are more akin to costume jewellery, whilst these ones are more delicate and made of higher-quality materials.

The necklaces are very light, excellent quality, and look rather adorable... if I do say so myself. Each necklace is packaged in a bespoke mini Spoonie Survival Kits pillow box, as pictured.

Fifty per cent of sales money from these items will be donated to a chronic illness charity: please see our social media for our current chosen cause!

POSTAGE INFORMATION: Accessories are dispatched through first class postage, once a week on a set postage day. As a social enterprise with fundraising at its heart, we charge postage at face value (what it costs us to ship the item from the UK, plus postage and packaging). This allows us to donate as much money as possible to charity, and put as much money as possible back into the project: for more information on how these funds are used, please visit our website.

Spoonie Survival Kits is a social enterprise run entirely by those with chronic illnesses; for more information about us and what we do, please visit our website and social media following the links below!

Shipping policies

Please bear in mind that everybody who works on this project has a chronic illness or disability, so we have to factor in flares, health scares and flights of stairs when dispatching parcels. We have a set day of the week for processing orders and another set day for shipping them: this means that it may take between 1-2 weeks for your order to reach you. We will always endeavour to get your item dispatched as quickly as possible, and as always, we really appreciate your support and understanding. Thank you!
