Payments
Payment is required within 3 working days of the order being placed.
Faith Treasury will fulfil the order requirements unless items are out of stock. In this instance, we will contact you and give the choice to either wait for the stock to be dispatched or cancel your order.
Returns & exchanges
Any item that show signs of wear or have been, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Faith Treasury will not be held liable for faults or consequences caused by misuse, negligent handling or improper care or use.
Unless the goods are faulty the cost of return of goods is the customers responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights. We make every effort to ensure that all goods dispatched are in excellent condition. Any returns requested after the period of 14 days will be at our discretion.
Delivery policies
ARRIVAL OF ALL ORDERS: The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. We always aim to send your goods by the quickest possible delivery method but we cannot be responsible for delays due to the mail service. Most deliveries will be delivered to you within 4 working days but during busy periods like Christmas, these deliveries may take a day or two longer.
