If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me via Etsy messaging within 14 days of receiving your item. I will do my best to resolve your problem. If not you can request a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. (Except for faulty items). Once you have notified me you will have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items. Excludes weekends & Public holidays.

Items to be returned in their original condition, unworn & with original packaging. It is recommend to use a signed for service to ensure safe return of your purchase for refund.

I do accept returns for earrings provided the seal on the bag containing them is not removed.

Custom/Personalised Orders are non returnable.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase & you wish to return it, could you please let me know as soon as possible.

It is important that overseas customers clearly mark a return package as "RETURN ITEM [NO VALUE]" on the original customs label & on the parcel, so that customs charges are not made on its re-entry to the UK as any such costs will unfortunately be deducted from your refund amount.

Please return the item in an unused condition & in it's original packaging & use a tracked signed for service & proof of postage.

Custom orders are non returnable.

I want customers to be happy with their purchases. If your item arrives damaged then please take a few photographs of the item & send to me via Etsy messaging, so I can ascertain how to resolve the problem.

If your item develops a fault or breaks then please message me via Etsy messaging attaching photographs of the problem. I will do my best to resolve the problem but only within 12 months of purchase.

International customers are responsible for all duty & custom fees. I will complete & attach the required customs form to your shipment, but it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any amount owing for customs/import duty.

Gemstones are sensitive to light, avoid leaving your items in sunlight, it's best to store in drawer or jewellery box, this will also keep them clean.

Most metals left out to the elements will tarnish over time. I advise keeping both plated & precious metals in a sealed, airtight bag with anti-tarnish tab in a drawer or jewellery box.

If wearing perfume or body lotions allow them to dry before adding your jewellery. To keep your jewellery clean wipe occasionally with a soft cloth this will keep your items clean & sparkling.

Sterling silver jewellery can be cleaned with cleaning products specifically for that.

Using silver cleaner on plated metal items is not recommended.
