I post orders within 3 working days of payment being cleared. If you need your order in a hurry just let me know and I’ll try to send it to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES
UK: First class usually takes 1-2 days but can take longer during busy times (around bank holidays).
INTERNATIONAL: Airmail should take 5 working days but please allow up to 3 weeks at busy times.

TRACKING: Your order will be posted using standard first class or airmail, therefore I cannot provide a tracking number for you. Tracking costs an additional £5-6 on top of regular prices. Do let me know before placing your order if this is something you need and I can create a listing for you including the extra cost.

Please note some delivery services require a signature, so if you’re not at home when delivery is attempted your package will be left at your local sorting office.

GIFTS: If you would like to send your order directly to someone as a gift, just let me know and I can wrap the items in tissue paper and add a little note from you, if you include what you’d like it to say. You can write your instructions in the ‘note to seller’ when you place your order or email me on here before placing the order.

Please note that if an item is being sent outside of Europe I will have to put a description of the contents on the customs form.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please make sure that the correct address is entered at the Etsy checkout. If it is different from the address given by Paypal I will use the one entered here on Etsy. Alternatively, you can email me to make your delivery address absolutely clear.

IMPORT DUTIES/TAX: Please be aware that any import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
