Any one, JPG & PNG files print out the same if you use the original downloaded files. The colouring pages (not to be used as digi stamps) only come in JPG formats.

JPG: Friendly with all programs for easy read & print. Will start to lose resolution when saved over multiple times.

PNG: Has a transparent background so you can add digital backgrounds. Prints the same as JPG format. I would recommend to print/work with this format. Almost all programs can open it, and it is a lossless format (does not lose resolution when saved multiple times). If unsure of how to use, just print the jpg.
