The email is from 'Etsy Transactions' with the subject 'Download Your Etsy Purchase from wondrousworksshop'.
In the email is a picture of the item you purchased. Underneath that is the filename, which is underlined - click on that to download.

As Etsy limits the no. of files added to a listing, occasionally we have to use zip files that acts as a container for more files.

Yes on the condition that the status of the files are "not downloaded". Because of the nature of the product, refunds cannot be issued once a file has been downloaded.
