It isn't until you need them that you realised just how amazing the staff in hospitals are. They work tirelessly to provide care and comfort, and it can be so difficult to find the words to say thank you for that care, either to you or for a loved one. So we've designed this beautiful personalised thank you gift to do it for you.

When hung in the ward staff room, it serves as a daily reminder of thanks for what they do.

What exactly do you get...
A silver coloured metal angel hanging inside a glass bottle. The bottle is attached securely to the printed backing card and finished in a handmade, real wood frame surround.
Other than the bottle, there is no glass within the frame, allowing the bottle to take centre stage and sit flush inside.

✶ The personalisation.
I understand that the wording I have on this may not be quite right (or not right at all) which is why you can tweak it or change it completely to anything you want, at no extra cost. All you have to do is add what you would like on it in the personalisation box at checkout and I'll be in touch with a proof for you to check over. The clearer you are with the personalisation, the easier and quicker I can get the proof to you.

✶ Handmade using high quality supplies. Including fade-resistant ink, acid-free premium
card and thick glass bottles.

✶ A well-made, unique gift that the recipient will love.

✶ The perfect size (10cm x 15cm) for displaying in even the smallest of areas. They can be either wall-mounted (recommended) or free-standing on a flat, even surface. Please don't think because they are small they don't make a big impact because they really do.

✶ You can be sure you'll receive a personalised item that you're completely happy with, having seen a proof photo and approved the personalisation before work starts on your order.

✶ The item comes well packaged. A padded strip is placed over the bottle to protect it and then the whole frame is wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a quality, padded envelope (please reuse what you can) I don't include a handwritten thank you note in the packaging, however, if you would like one, just let me know!

✶ If you need this quickly, let me know and I'll try my best to get it to you in time.

These will be well packaged, with a foam padding strip protecting the bottle, bubble wrapped to protect the frame and sent in a high quality padded envelope.

Please add the personalisation in the box at checkout. The clearer you are the better and the quicker I can get your proof done for you. You can choose to add names to the printed quote or you can change the wording to something else.

Please note that these are Royal Mail/Etsy estimates only and NOT a guaranteed timeframe. There are always the odd few that take longer, especially of late.

UK orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail and delivery time is approx 4-6 days. There is no tracking information provide with this service, although the option to upgrade to 1st class signed for is available at checkout.

Europe & Ireland are sent standard with Royal Mail and take approx 7-10 days (No tracking)

Rest of the world, approx 10-14 days (No tracking)

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so I would much prefer to have the proof approval from you.

I'll send you a couple of Etsy messages and try the email linked to your Etsy account.
I then change the dispatch by date in the hope that the notification of that will alert you to the previous messages.

If, after all that, I still don't hear from you, I have to decide if I can make it without any worry of getting it wrong. However, if there is any confusion as to what you want or if you've been offered a choice of fonts then I really can't go ahead and your order will be cancelled and refunded. You are always most welcome to re-order.

Then please accept my sincere apologies and get in touch as soon as possible. It's important to me that you are happy with your item.
If the fault lies with me, then, of course, I will fix the problem.
If, unfortunately, it's an error on your part, don't worry, I am still happy to work with you to fix it. We are only human after all and can all make mistakes sometimes.

Since Covid hit, I took the sad decision to stop taking overseas orders due to the delays in delivery.

While this has improved somewhat, the cost for international shipping have greatly increased and costs just as much (if not more in some cases) as the items themselves.

Absolutely loved this. It was perfect and my chemo nurses loved it and how personal it was for them.
