Our unique, hand-painted lockets were selected for the Etsy Design Awards 2023 and were just selected by Kasey Musgraves in collaboration with Etsy to launch her new Album Deeper Well. We feel so lucky to be included in the round-up of talented Etsy sellers!

In the early 1700's, lover's eyes were painted into rings, necklaces, pendants, and lockets. They were painted to capture a lover, a child, a mother, a father, a loved one, a pet, a moment.

These are custom hand-painted eyes inside of vintage locket settings. Each one is hand-painted with oils onto a prepped gesso-ed polymer base, topped and sealed with a non-yellowing poly-acrylic sealant to last. Each is one-of-a-kind, a keepsake, an heirloom, painted just for you.

All of the lockets are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Most are gold-plated, silver, or a combination. I try to source the best quality vintage lockets.
Each locket comes with a 17" gold or silver chain necklace.

HOW TO ORDER:
Please choose the locket you want in the listing photos and from the dropdown LOCKET menu, then choose the painting you would like under STYLE.

For a CUSTOM PAINTING, choose from the custom painting optionS, then send a clear photo to Etsy messages of the person or pet you'd like me to paint.

****For best results, take all eye photos in natural light and do not open your eye wide, this makes you look scared and I will ask you to retake it!****

You may also send me a locket you have or choose one to send me by selecting "YOUR OWN LOCKET" in the LOCKET menu.
After checkout you will be sent the address to ship the locket to.

All paintings take 2-3 weeks to be done. Please be patient. If you need a rush order it will be an extra $120.

I am absolutely in love with my locket! She did an amazing job with the painting & even offered to fix the locket itself when it arrived a bit bent! the quality/material of the locket I got definitely isnt real metal & i’ll probably have to get a stronger chain, but for the price it’s an amazing work of art💖 Highly recommend!
