REFUNDS:
To return and refund an item please email us within 7 days of receipt (howlingmoonuk@gmail.com) to state that you wish to return an item. Refunds are only given to unused, unworn items in a saleable condition. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for unwanted items. Postage is not refunded. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Any customs charges incurred for returned unwanted items will be deducted from the refund.
Please note: If your crown has a TAG this must not be removed to receive your refund. If the tag is removed we will treat the item as worn, and it will be illegitimate for a refund.
