* The laser print image is produced by a local professional printing company.

* The badge consists of a metal component protected by a Mylar plastic coating with a sturdy covered metal back (which is stronger than a D-ring) and is fastened with a metal pin.
* The gift magnet is made in the same way, but has a magnetic back.

Don't be shy. Ask, and if we can - we will. Just please remember the Etsy rules of what is allowed and appropriate.

Also, please bear in mind the surface of a badge face is not a large area to work with - so the complete works of Shakespeare are obviously not a goer - something a little less wordy is recommended.

Always keep the pin closed when not in use, trust me - we've come a cropper with this one.

Badges look really cool pinned to rucksacks and bags, however, they also have a habit of getting knocked or brushed off. Much safer pinned to caps, clothing, lanyards etc..

The Mylar plastic coating will protect a badge against normal scratching as well as sunlight.

However, it will NOT protect against a Washing Machine. Please make sure you remove any badges before washing your clothing. Badges and washing machines are not a good mix and can be lethal to each other - we recommend they should be avoided at all costs.

Badges and small children/animals also do not go together either. Please, please keep them away for their own safety.

Our smaller badges are pinned to a card, wrapped in tissue and placed in a small paper bag. Larger orders, 77mm badges and magnets are dispatched in a organza pouch, attached to a card, wrapped in tissue and placed in a small paper bag.

All of our items are sent in a padded envelope for extra protection. We do our best to prevent damage in transit - please contact us straight away if there are any problems with your parcel upon delivery.

Our badges and magnets are sent out to UK destinations via Royal Mail First Class Post. For all other destinations we use Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Please see estimated shipping times for expected delivery.

(Please allow up to 7 working days for Europe and 14 working days for the rest of the world before reporting as missing).

To keep postage costs at a minimum we do not use tracking unless the total cost of the order is over £20.00. Please contact us if you wish to add tracking on orders under £20.00 or any other postage options so that we can amend the shipping costs as appropriate.
