You can exchange or return a robe if it is not customized. Please do so within 30 days of delivery, If the product shows any sign of use, I will have to refuse the return.

I do not accept returns on Customized Robes. They are made to order. If there is an error with your order please let me know within 5 days of receipt.
I retain the right to issue a whole refund, partial refund, or to reship your product.
I may issue a refund in lieu of a remaking an order.
Errors are getting the wrong color, wrong size, misspellings, anything else is subject to our discretion at Pretty Robes - but note we always do our best to make sure you are happy with the product.
