These are beautiful cards. Good quality paper and print and designed to get communications flowing. We pick one randomly every morning and spend the day living the affirmation and fulfill the suggested task. Over dinner we speak about how we got on, how it made us feel. The whole concept is amazingly simple but has a profound effect on us as individuals as well as a family unit. We are becoming more self-aware without realising, more aware of our surroundings and the feelings of others. These cards should be in every educational setting and home. Even leaving them randomly on the underground will change someones life. Oh, and the added activity of colouring in on the back adds more value to this product. Love love love them
