The personalising is applied using vinyl, which can be safely, gently handwashed in cool water.

Processing takes 7-10 days BEFORE posting as all orders are handmade to order by myself although I will endevour to get orders done quicker than this. I send items 2nd class Royal Mail which usually takes 3-5 business days, but I recommend adding a couple days extra just incase of any unforeseen delays.

International shipping will be posted via Royal Mail which takes around 14 working days for delivery. To save costs to buyer, international shipping will NOT be sent tracked so please don't ask for tracking number.

ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR CUSTOM CHARGES THAT THE BUYER IS LIABLE TO PAY.
