I received my beautiful hoodie very quickly and absolutely loved it I couldn’t take it off !! Then big drama happened my husband washed it at 30 when I explicitly said wash it cold (so did the label provided by Abi!) The beautiful colors obviously faded as predicted and Abi went beyond expectations and offer to re dye it for me ! Being me and being very particular, it didn’t turn out how it initially was as Abi had to work with the disaster of a hot wash but I gifted it to my sister who was more than delighted about it! My husband reordered another one and just arrived today and I am in love again with my hoodie ! Sorry about the essay but just wanted to show how hard Abi worked at meeting my expectations and went beyond ! She truly is a pearl and definitely know about excellent customer service !!

Range of,products amazing, my bleached hoodie looks even better in person than online. There was a slight hickup with delivery which is why I can't leave a 5* review. But I don't mind really. She ignored me before I contacted her that there was an issue and the resolute communication continued between the seller and I and she was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.
