Our dresses are available in STANDARD SIZES UK 8-16 OR CUSTOM SIZE made to your measurements, please choose your option on the drop down menu.

>STANDARD SIZES

All styles are available in standard sizes UK 8-16, and length 44’’ waist to floor ( train lengths vary 35cm to 45cm )
Please see the size chart (on the image carousel) to determine your size, if your measurements are between 2 or 3 sizes, we recommend purchasing the largest size, or opting for a custom size
If your size falls outside of the standard size range, you will need to choose "custom size" on the drop down menu
The size chart is a general guide for the overall fit, alterations are to be expected to achieve the ideal fit.
Once you have submitted your order, we will need to confirm your bust, waist and hip measurements, so we can determine you have selected the correct size. Your order confirmation email will contain the link to submit your measurements.
We accept refunds on standard sizes.

>CUSTOM SIZES

We also offer custom sizes, any of our styles can be made to your exact measurements, and small style changes can be made, eg raised back, lower neckline, longer train, change lace design etc. Please message us if you require style alterations. If you require a garment made to your exact measurements, including length, please choose custom size on the drop down menu. Your order confirmation email will contain the link to submit your measurements.
Please note that although we make the dress to your exact measurements this does not guarantee a perfect fit, and some fitting by a local seamstress is to be expected and budgeted for.
Custom sizes are strictly Non refundable.

Whilst we do accept returns on our STANDARD sizes ONLY, we ask kindly that you consider your purchase carefully. We are a slow fashion manufacturer, meaning we make to order, we do not hold stock garments. Please do not buy multiple items with the sole intention of returning.

If you need a rush order please contact us, sometimes there is a surcharge for rush orders depending on the timeframe.

DO YOU HAVE TRY AT HOME SAMPLES AVAILABLE ?

We currently only have our UK size 8 design room samples available, we are hoping to expand the sizes for try at home samples in the future.

If you would like to try any of our size 8 samples, or you would like to see the quality of our garments before purchasing, please purchase the standard size 8, and please add to the notes on checkout that you would like to try our studio sample.
Returns postage is not provided so we suggest an insured and tracked service to be used. The sample will be refunded upon its safe return less a £25 admin fee. If you decide to go ahead with an order the £25 admin fee will be refunded. Samples must be returned back to us, they are not to be kept. Samples can only be sent to customers based in the U.K.


CAN I CUSTOMISE MY DRESS?

Yes for sure! we offer a bespoke service, based on our existing styles, we can change colours, add / remove trains, change sleeves necklines etc, it’s your garment so make it to suit you. Just drop us a message, and we can discuss your requirements.

I’M LOSING WEIGHT CAN I SEND MY MEASUREMENTS AT A LATER DATE?

Yes, absolutely, we encourage our brides to place their order in advance, this secures your dress into our production schedule. We are a small business so have a limit to the amount of orders we can make a month. You can then submit measurements at a later date, we just ask that they are sent 6-10 weeks before the despatch date, the despatch date we suggest at LEAST 4-6 weeks before your wedding.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP? OR CAN I VISIT YOU IN PERSON?

Sorry no, we have a small studio, and its not suitable for seeing customers individually, We are an online business only, we don’t sell to wedding boutiques either, so we can keep our prices low, cutting out the “middle man” therefore we can offer you a direct from designer price.

IT'S SHOWING ONLY 1 IN STOCK WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING WHEN SOLD OUT?

We are a small business and make all our design to order, we don't hold stock garments, this is also kinder to the planet. The stock level amount on each listing is an Etsy requirement, but not relevant for our business.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP WILL BE LIKE?

We realise, that buying online is not the easiest. We have an incredible team of talented and skilled seamstresses, who have been chosen for their experience and wealth of knowledge, they like Barbara have had many years experience in the fashion business, and have worked with Khya bridal, Cefinn, Ralph and Russo, to name but a few. Their level of craftsmanship and expertise, is impeccable, and we are proud to be able to support our British artisans.

CAN YOU SEND A COUNTRY OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE TO EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS?

Yes, our business makes all our orders in the U.K and qualifies for the free trade agreement.
