Description

This is an elegant vintage men's smoking jacket robe. It was made for the British department store Marks & Spencer and has the St Michael branding. The robe was made in the UK and the label says it is size Large. It is navy satin with a smart geometric print. The gown is adjustable in that it is cross over style with a belt - so it can be wrapped more or less depending on the wearer. The dressing gown is in excellent, very lightly worn condition. The length of the gown from the back of the neck to hem is approx. 46" long (117cm). The garment label says it is size Large and suitable for chest 44 - 46" approx (112 - 117cm).

I ship internationally using Royal Mail International Standard. If you require a tracked service please advise prior to purchase and I will send you a revised shipping price for the Royal Mail International Tracked service.
UK orders are usually sent 2nd Class Royal Mail.
I always ship items very promptly, but if you are an international customer then please allow plenty of time when ordering, to take into account shipping times from Cambridge, England. Please also bear in mind that during the holiday season parcels can take longer than usual to arrive - depending on the mail services and customs. As I ship promptly international orders are unable to be cancelled.
Returns are sent at buyer's risk so please obtain and keep proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing in the mail, it will not be considered to be lost until the following time limits have passed (15 working days UK, 8 weeks everywhere else with the exception of Mexico and Canada which are 13 weeks) have passed. If your item suffers damage in the post then please contact us immediately upon receipt, attaching a photograph showing the damage. We will be in touch by return to assist.
If delivery has been attempted but the buyer was out / unavailable, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the re-deliveryor collection. If delivery has been attempted I am not responsible for re-delivery or collection.
It is not possible for me to guarantee delivery dates as this is outside my control.

If an item is incorrectly described by me then our returns policy lasts 30 days. Please contact us in this instance and we will assist. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and complete and in the same condition that you received it. We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in great condition - therefore items which are returned with cigarette/smoke/cooking/pet odours or pet hair will not be refunded for. Garments that are returned must still have their tag attached otherwise a refund will not be given. Returned goods must also be in their original packaging and correctly addressed and securely packaged for the return journey. If you wish to return an item please convo us first to advise that you wish to make a return - thank you.

If you wish to make a return because you have changed your mind about your purchase then you have 14 calendar days from your receipt of the product to return the item to us.

Please note that vintage items are not new. If I believe an item to be unused then I will say so in the item description, but most of my items have been loved before. I try to describe pieces as carefully as possible but if you have any questions about the item, it's size or condition, then please get in touch prior to purchase so I can assist.

Gift wrapping is available on all purchases and can be selected as an upgrade by customers.

If a delivery attempt has failed it is the Buyer's responsibility to re-arrange re-delivery to themselves promptly. It is the buyer's responsibility to also ensure that any goods uncollected by them are received back by me in a timely fashion, and in the condition in which they were dispatched. I am not responsible for any such items lost or damaged in return transit.

If a return is agreed, please mark the parcel "Returned Goods". Any associated declarations / customs labels need to have the value of the item marked as zero - as the goods are being returned to sender. Please note in the event of there being any customs or administration fees being charged upon the return of the parcel I am not responsible for these and the buyer must bear these. If a return is seized by Customs then it is at my discretion as to whether I attempt to retrieve the item.

This store (and any agreements entered into by it or its proprietor) is governed by the law of England and Wales, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
