Item details

Four different colours of natural wool, these are British Carded Batts.

The soft brown or Moorit is from the rare breed Shetland sheep. It is perfect for needlefelting with, really great for building in 3D and for creating bulk.

A similar quality can be found in the white Cheviot - also very good for bulky 3D building. There is also a small amount of white Dorset Horn, another of our very special native breeds.

The grey is beautiful British Jacob wool, a very popular wool that felts up really well.

And finally, we have the gorgeous dark brown, bear black, of the Black Welsh Mountainsheep

These wools are all perfect for core wool and therefore can have finer fibre worked over the top. However, many of us really enjoy working with the natural tones and keeping them on show.

Colours may vary slightly from the images but I’ve tried to ensure that the photos are as close as possible - you’re screen resolution may affect the colour

I love working on commissions and personal order but do get in touch with me before hand - needle felting by it's very nature is time consuming so commissions needs plenty of run up time.
All my kits come in a paper bag with handles and labelling on the front. For postage, kits are boxed in plain cardboard boxes without motifs or labels so that the contents are deliberately obscure - receiver will not know what is inside.
I also offer gift wrapping if that is preferred but please get in touch so we can chat about this.
I do offer wholesale with my kits - just get in touch and we can discuss costs and shipping.
