Refunds & Cancellations are not available if you have simply changed your mind about the item. If the item has turned up broke, due to shipping, please contact us with photos.

The gift message is a message that goes on the packing slip inside the box, it is not the message to go on the glass. To send us a name you can start a conversation, create a custom order or add a note when placing your order.

We cannot etch more than 15 characters on a whiskey glass, due to the size of the glass. If you need more than 15 characters, please message us first.

We now offer a quicker processing time as an option when placing your order, this option will put you to the top of the list when we etch out products. By selecting this option, we process your order either same day if ordered before 12 midday or next day if after 12.

We now offer Parcelforce 24hour shipping by selecting Express shipping when placing your order. This is 24 hours after the processing time.

*Parcel force does not ship on Saturday and Sundays. Orders placed friday will be received monday with express shipping.

We can discuss bigger orders for workplaces, weddings, parties or any other occasion. With our new laser etching, we can provide a larger quantity of glasses. It may take slightly longer than times stated in listings, but we try our best to get all glasses out quickly.
