While the ink I use it is permanent, you can greatly increase the life of the product by turning it inside out, washing in cold water, and hanging it to dry- or tumble drying on low. Everything is machine washable, and durable!

Yes, gift wrapping is offered for an additional fee.

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, but some may take up to 2 weeks. Make sure to check your shopping cart for the "Ready to ship" estimate! If you need something sooner, just contact me to see if that's a possibility.

Yes! All orders shipped to a US address have an option for Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express when checking out. For International orders, please contact me for time and cost on any shipping upgrades.

Please note: when you choose an expedited shipping method, it only speeds up your order's time in transit, not how quickly it will be processed. Again, contact me if you need something sooner than your scheduled ship date, and I will do my best to comply.

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was received. Anything smelling heavily of perfume or cigarette smoke will not be refunded.

Items can be returned for another item, or for store credit. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund.

Final Sale / Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are deemed defective in any way.
