'How to make a bad mental health day a bit brighter' booklet.

If you're stressed, have anxiety, depression or another mental health or mental illness condition and need some tips for self care then this booklet is for you. Or if you know someone who is struggling and needs help then this booklet could be a great mental health gift.

'Sometimes I wake up and the world doesn't feel right. I don't know what's wrong, nothing has happened but I don't feel good. Sometime I do know what's wrong. I'm stressed, I'm worried and anxious about something. It might be something out of my control or something that's not easily fixed. I can end up in a fog of depression, struggling to find light in a dark place. Unless I take action it can be very easy to have a bad day. If you sometimes feel like this too then this booklet is here to suggest some things you can do to try and make your day a bit brighter.'
