First, the flutes are amazing, even nicer in person than in the photo. I saw them and knew they would be perfect for a graduation celebration in London. We had a champagne toast at our hotel and received many compliments on and inquiries about them. But equally important was the seller. Paul was wonderful to work and communicate with, helping every step of the way. I ordered from the U.S., and he mailed them out asap. When the postal service said they'd been delivered, but were nowhere to be found, Paul took time from his family on a Sunday to come into London to bring us another two sets so we'd have them - way above and beyond. The flutes made the celebration that much more special, and our festivities wouldn't have been the same had Paul not been a man of incredible generosity and integrity! We could not be more grateful!

This is the Second set of tea cups I have ordered. I ordered the teapot and teacups last year and fell in love with them! I just placed an order for Two more teacups! Just lovely. I go to London often and haven't found a teapot and teacup set I wanted to buy so I was thrilled when I saw this one. Well made, beautiful colors, and the perfect size too! It was shipped quickly and came so carefully packed. I would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.👍
