I offer various cat collar sizes - please measure your cat/kitten's neck with tape. You should have enough room to put a finger between the tape and neck. The collars are adjustable as indicated below:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

If the item is not returned in its original condition no refund will be given.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the Etsy platform.

Please note that no refunds can be issued after 180 days from the day of dispatch.

We do not offer refunds on items that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package was not picked up from the local post office in time resulting in it being returned. However, we do offer to resend the item at an additional shipping fee.

If of course the items were sent to the incorrect address by our error, we will re-ship your order at our cost.

I have no idea. Reached out once to find out when it would be shipped. I have yet to receive the collar. Not good turn around time at all
