Just enter your engraving in the "Add your personalisation" box (under the Quantity box) when you add the item to your cart.

I will engrave exactly how you instruct me with upper/lower case, punctuation etc.

I will not correct grammar or spelling so please check your engraving details very carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been engraved.

To ensure the best possible outcome, I often have any queries regarding the engraving/order. Please regularly check your Etsy Messages after you place your order.

If I am unable to process the order because of a query, I may have to cancel & refund your order.

In the unlikely event of an order going missing whilst being processed by Royal Mail, I reserve the right to ask you to wait for 15 days before I re-dispatch the item or offer a refund.

Claims for non delivery should be made within 100 days of the order date.

If items are returned to me as undeliverable or uncollected. I reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-shipping.

I take care to ensure all items are dispatched in excellent condition and well packaged for transit however, damage happens occasionally.
