Contact me as soon as possible! Once a purchased item leaves my hands, and it is in possession of the postal service, I am no longer responsible for the package.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package. If the item is still in mint condition and the buyer no longer wishes for it to be resent, a partial refund minus original shipping costs may be issued.

*PIN GRADES*

Standard Pins - Very little to no flaws. Might include some minor scratches or small bubbles or imperfections. Pre-Orders will always be standard grade.

B-Grades - More noticeable flaws such as bubbles or large scratches.

C-Grades - Large amounts of flaws. These are only sold during discount sales.

If tracking has stopped, please allow it at least two weeks (domestic) or eight weeks (international) to see if there are any further updates. Sometimes tracking stops but your package is still making its way towards you. Once the allotted time is up and you still have not received your package, please get back in touch with me, and we will sort this out as soon as possible.

Be sure to ask those who might live in the same household as you to see if they retrieved the mail.

If you think your package may have been stolen, file a police report with your local department!

Absolutely! All of my packaging material can be recycled.
