I have been through CBT several times and learned a lot throughout the process! So I created this short zine as an introduction and companion to CBT and similar therapies.

It covers core beliefs, thinking habits, behavioural habits, and experiments to test out your beliefs and learn whether they are true/useful or not. This can help relieve anxious feelings and negative self-beliefs, for example.

It introduces some basic techniques and can be used alongside therapy or counselling, or just as a self-care companion. Please note it's not intended to replace medical help, only complement it! I am not a doctor, just sharing my experience.

You will be able to download 2 files on purchase.
1 x the zine in a straight-forward 10 page document: each page is individual and in order (A5 size).
1 x the zine in an easily printable format: it looks like a weird order on the computer, but print on 3 double-sided A4 sheets of paper and staple together for a perfect instant zine! The inside covers are intentionally blank.
