If you order multiple items from this shop, you are a legend. The computer does its whizzy techno thing and the shipping costs will automatically combine at the checkout for you. sometimes it can still be a little high when the computers have a doohickey so if your postage seems high drop us a message after ordering and we will see if we can help.

We will dispatch your order up to 5 working days of you placing it. You'll receive an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.

UK - Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. It's usually around 2-3 working days though.
There is an option to opt for first class if you wish, which should speed up the delivery.

If you have selected to collect from Our shop at 37 cressy road Alfreton DE557BR England United Kingdom please note you must collect the items within 30 days and that no cancelations or refunds for these orders will be allowed in any circumstance.

We recommend you opt for tracked postage for your order to ensure safe delivery if you do not opt for tracked shipping and your order sadly doesn't arrive we cannot be held responsible for its loss in transit but we will assist fully to locate and resolve any problems

International - Please allow 15 to 21 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.

International delivery is by airmail. We wish that overseas shipping for heavier items (i.e. mugs) was cheaper, but unfortunately that's just how much it is due to the weight of items :( It'd be sweet if teleportation existed so we could zap them over to you!

Please also note for international orders there is an option to upgrade your postage to tracked and signed for to ensure safe delivery of your item. Any orders that sadly go astray we have to allow time for it to be returned to us before we can replace or refund them.

Any orders being shipped to a place of work we cannot be responsible if they are mislaid or lost after being delivered to site, as such we highly recommend always posting to your home address.

If your order sadly doesn't arrive due to an address being incorrect or incomplete then we cannot be held responsible for its loss and will be unable to offer to repost or refund it without a charge. Please make sure you check your address before ordering.

On the odd occasion, things can sometimes go wrong with shipping and this is totes out of our control - postage gremlins are real! If your order hasn't arrived in the time frame given above then please get in touch; we'll do our very best to sort it out for you :)
