This is a digital photography composite background / digital backdrop.

This product: Mermaid Sunset Rock includes two JPG files. One file includes the background with a splash in front of the rock and the other file includes the background without the splash in front.

PLEASE NOTE: The model in the picture (and her tail), as well as the sea shell, are not included. They are shown for example purposes only.

The JPG files are 4800 x 6600 pixels at 300 dpi.

The background/file(s) you download upon payment will not have any watermark on them.

This product does not come with instructions. You will need to have knowledge of how to use photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or any other photo editing application which supports the use of layers. If you are new to photo composites please reference YouTube’s wonderful vast array of free tutorials to help you get started.

These background file(s) may be used for personal composite use with the addition of a personal image into this background. Once you have added your personal image into the background you may create a printed product for your personal use.

These background file(s) may be used for professional photography with the addition of a client’s images that you have photographed, composited into this background. Once the client’s image has been added to the background you may provide the image to your photography client as a digital file or as a printed product.

You may not share, post, print, or otherwise distribute the background image(s) without FIRST altering the background by adding your own image / composite additions into the background.

This background may not be used in any Facebook (or any other social media/platform), photo editing service groups where free or paid edits are provided within the group upon request.

The background itself may not be resold or gifted except as a composite, (having added your own model to the background), for yourself or your photography client.

You may not sell this as a background or stock, (in whole or in part), on Etsy, or on any other paid or free stock platforms even after you make composited additions/changes.

This background (with or without composite additions) may not be used in commercial sales of magazines, music album covers, book covers, mugs, greeting cards, calendars, puzzles, etc. whether it be for paid products or give away / promotional item use. I will not be held liable for any claims and/or damages that occur as a result of the use of my digital backgrounds. You are responsible to ensure your final product is free of any issues or defects prior to selling/delivering your final product. I will not be held liable for any color or other discrepancies that may arise with printing. It is your responsibility to work with your print lab to ensure there are no color or other discrepancies with your print.
