Make your own prehistoric pal with my T-Rex head knitting pattern!
The T-Rex head is knitted in two pieces on straight needles and then sewn together using a mattress stitch, so there's no working in the round. It is an intermediate pattern as it includes lots of knitting and purling on a row, alongside increasing, decreasing, changing colours and bobbles. This pattern won't teach you how to knit, however I'm working on some beginner stuff at the moment, so watch this space. There's also some sewing up. Stitch markers are used to mark where to place the eyes and nostrils so it's super easy to put together. Templates are used for the teeth and a step by step photo tutorial is included for sewing up.
The pattern includes instructions to make a mini and giant T-Rex, so if you can't fit a big one in your home I'm sure you can find some space for a baby one! The pattern is the same for both, just the needle and yarn sizes change.
See the second image in the listing for all the materials you'll need. The pattern does require a MDF backing board which you can find on my Etsy shop or website. The heads are sewn onto the board and then attached to the wall.
This listing is for a digital pattern, once the purchase is complete Etsy will send an email where you can download the files. Please note the price of the pattern will vary from country to country due to digital VAT laws. I'll receive the same amount per sale.
Don't forget to share your finished knit with me. I run a monthly competition for my knitters with prizes!
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Great pattern and instructions! Another awesome make from Sincerely Louise!
I love her patterns. I am a relatively experienced knitter, but her details make knitting these a total breeze. The girl I gave my hare to adored it and took it with her as soon as she went out!
Oh, what fun! My niece did her nursery in a National Parks theme so this large bison head was a perfect addition. There was plenty of materials so I didn't have to worry about running out of yarn or stuffing, and the backer board was perfectly sized. This high quality kit very much matched the description and fully met my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from Sincerely Louise.
