Please note only there is a minimum quantity for most items, except for the ones I produce from home, which are:
- 38mm button badges/fridge magnets
- Digital illustrations
- Art prints

Otherwise, min. quantities are:
- Enamel pins = 100
- Other badges = 10
- Stickers = 30
- Greeting cards = 25
- Anything else = ask

However, as the shop grows I may be able to invest in producing more items from home. The more interest I receive, the more likely it'll happen, so if you were interested in receiving a custom commission of the above but found out that you couldn't, let me know anyway!

If you want to make sure to take care of your print as best as possible, keep the following tips in mind:

* Avoid placing your print in direct sunlight or near sources of bright light
* Avoid hanging your print outdoors
* Frame your print, under glass if possible, to avoid atmospheric contaminants
* Avoid framing your print when humidity is high as condensation can get trapped behind the glass; store your print in a plastic sleeve until the humidity has dropped
* Try to avoid touching the printed side too much as you can leave smudges

If you follow these guidelines your print should be happy and healthy for a long time to come!

If it has been more than 7 working days since your estimated delivery time then you may contact me to discuss a replacement or refund (whichever you prefer).

This does NOT apply if the name or address provided when you ordered from me was not correct at the time of ordering. I am not responsible for an incorrect name or address so please make sure your details are correct before ordering!

It also does not apply if you paid with PayPal, and the address you requested shipping to does not match the address on your PayPal account. Please ensure these addresses match up as mismatched addresses can be a common fraud tactic.

If you are worried about your order getting lost I strongly recommend purchasing a tracked shipping upgrade!

If your order has arrived damaged please take photographs and send them to me immediately. Make sure to take photographs of both the product and the packaging, especially if the packaging is ripped or damaged.

We can then discuss a replacement and/or refund, or whether I would like you to send the product back to me (depending on the nature of the damage).

GIFT WRAP
I offer eco-friendly gift wrap as an upgrade for your order, which can be purchased at checkout.

Gift wrap will include your gift message handwritten on the tag. Don't forget to include your name in the message!

MARKING AN ORDER 'AS A GIFT'
Simply marking your order 'as a gift' will not automatically result in gift wrap. Your gift message will be printed out and included in the package. Don't forget to include your name in the message!

The 10% off coupon that comes with normal orders will not be included in orders marked 'as a gift'.

CUSTOMS
Please note for international orders the type of item and its price must legally be listed on the customs form on the outside of the package, e.g. "Badge", "Enamel Pin", "Greeting Card".

I am available for wholesale and bulk orders, normally at 50% RRP for orders of 200 or more. Please contact me to discuss.

To keep costs down for the customer, orders are shipped without tracking unless you purchase a shipping upgrade. For some reason, Etsy provides a bogus tracking number for your order even if there is no tracking available. This will return an error when clicked.

If you have purchased tracking, the tracking number should be included with your order information once your purchase has been shipped. If you're having trouble finding it, please contact me.

As an eco-friendly store, I ship orders in 100% recyclable paper or cardboard mailers, and wrap items in paper bags sealed with washi tape. Packing slips are not included unless asked for, and enamel pins come with a backing card but no plastic wrapping.

Art prints and greeting cards are wrapped in fully-biodegradable-in-landfill cello bags. These will last a few years so long as no moisture gets on them, but will break down to their components when thrown away with your normal trash.

If you would like something different for your packaging, or would like a packing slip included with your order, please message me.

Just purchasing a greeting card and including a gift message won't mean the message will be written in the card. It will be printed off and put into the package alongside the unopened card.

If you would like me to write the message into the card for you, simply purchase the "gift wrap" add-on option! Don't forget to include in the purchase notes what you would like me to do. I will handwrite your message in the card, put it in the envelope and mail it to the delivery address.

Please message me if this is the case and I will try my best to get your order to you on time, though I can't make any guarantees. However, as unforeseen shipping delays can happen, please try and order with plenty of time to spare!
