1). 19% import New Tariff fee (for USA)

1. Do I have to pay any extra fees or taxes when buying from your shop? Some US orders may be subject to a 19% import tariff fee, depending on the courier and customs regulations. Good news: In many cases, our courier pre-pays this fee (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), so you won’t need to pay anything extra. If you do get charged: The fee is collected by US customs or your local courier, not by our shop. 💡 Tip: You can always message us before placing an order if you want to confirm the estimated total cost including any possible tariffs.

2. Why am I being charged by the courier when the package arrives? This is a customs/import tariff fee required by US law. We do not profit from it. The courier collects this fee on behalf of US Customs & Border Protection before releasing your package. 3. Can you mark my order as a gift to avoid tariffs? Unfortunately, we cannot mark orders as “gift” or under-declare value. This would be against shipping and customs regulations. 4. How can I pay the tariff if I’m charged? If your package requires payment, your courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) will contact you. You can usually pay online, by phone, or at the time of delivery. The process is simple and quick — just follow the courier’s instructions.

5. What happens if I refuse to pay the tariff? If the tariff is not paid, the courier may return the package to us. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier. 6. Can you help cover the tariff cost? We understand this extra cost can be frustrating. For larger orders (over $100), you can contact us — we may offer a partial refund or store credit to help offset the fee. (Subject to case-by-case approval.) 7. How long does shipping to the US take? Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on courier and customs clearance. We always provide tracking information so you can follow your package.
