I use Venmo for payments. Item/Items do not ship until paid in full. Contact me with which payment option you want to use, so that I can send you my information to make payments. I will provide an invoice with each order.

Do not use Lysol spray on any painted items. You can use the disinfectant wipes. I recommend Weiman's wax spray from time to time. You can also use a moist microfiber cloth.

I have a listing to purchase color samples if you are unsure of the color. I do not guarantee an exact match on everything, but I get as close as I possibly can. There will be no major color difference, that's certain.

You are responsible for checking your order details. Duplicate orders are considered purchasing more than one in the same transaction. I will not be held responsible for canceling duplicate orders unless you contact me within 24 hours of the duplicate order or orders. I don't have control over your finances or emails. You do receive emails when you purchase anything from Etsy, telling you what you ordered and the amount. If you feel there is an error with a duplicate order, you need to contact Etsy.
Etsy handles all transactions for each individual shop on here, we take the orders as they come in. We do not get instant payment, so please don't assume so. All appliances are custom made, custom made orders are non refundable.

Threats of charge backs don't work with me, as all of my work is custom. No one refunds custom work. Please contact Etsy customer support for confirmed information.

Hello, please don't take my words as offensive. I am in no way a mean person at all. I am just straight forward, I learned that from my father who has ran his own company for 58 years. I would like to say this because I have been accused of something I have never done, nor will I. I really resent anyone that thinks I would take their money and not send them their order. You may have be dealing with people like that, but I am not one of those people. I am not deceptive in any way. If I can't get your order out, I will refund you. So please stop the negativity and assumptions. You wouldn't like someone accusing you of wrong doings, would you?
