for beaded jewelry:
if you d like to order something that you cannot find in the color of your liking or the size, please send me the name/color of the material ( for example: TOHO opaque turquiose luster) or the exact wearing size you need and i will order it and make it for you.

because it does matter what size of material (bead or connecting medium) i use to get the results, i specify the type of bead i use. that is why, if you d like to order custom made jewelry, im asking you to look up the same type and size material and give me the name that you d like it to be for you.

if you d like to order something that currently is not available or in different color, please give me more time period to get the material and make it for you.

i always detail the materials in the description, so it is easier to take care of them.
to clean: generally you can use water and soap. EXCEPT: real pearls need to be clean with dump soft cloth and NO SOAP. it damages the pearls. DO NOT submerge them into ultrasonic cleaner or jewelry cleaning solution (to clean silver part).
to store: try to store them separate if possible, and laying them flat.
to use: when dressing, put your jewelry up the last: after applying creams, make-up, hairspray or gel etc, and take them off first.
try to avoid harsh chemicals, swimming, showering (chlorine damaging the beading thread and pearls mostly) heat and sunshine while wearing them to keep them last longer!

with time and usage, copper jewelry get tasnished.to care for your copper wire jewelry: you can use any jewelry cleaning clothes or cotton or denim to make it shiny again. in some cases, if you want to get into the creases, you can pour some lemon juice in a cup or a bowl and add some salt to the liquid. Dip your jewelry in the juice and leave it there for 5-10 minutes. make sure,IF you have precious, semi-precious stone embedded, the solution DOES NOT touch it!
