Where are the animals?
Dispatches from a small business in
A concertina book about animals and their habitats.
I made a series of papercut works, that I decided would fit perfectly together in a book: I involved Charlotte Emmanuel, a lawyer and a mother, that wrote a series of hilarious rhymes for each scene.
The result is a book with six stories, packet with paws, fins, tails, hair and surprises!
The books were riso-printed in London by Hatopress in a two-colour limited edition of 50 copies and were hand-bound by me in Bristol.
The Risograph is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective printer, which uses soy-based inks to produce unique outcomes. Some areas may not look evenly printed, but this is the beauty and uniqueness of the process.
Printed on FSC certified Munken Lynx paper.

although it took a long time due to customs and more my mother loved it. Really well done and above all numbered that gives an extra gear. Excellent communication with the seller, kind and who was very honest. Highly recommended.
