*We are happy to send over proofs of your print prior to printing, add a note to let us know you'd like us to do this. At this time we don't offer proofs prior to an order being made, however we are happy to make multiple revisions once you order has been placed.

*If you've submitted incorrect personalisation details, no worries it happens! Send us a message & we'll change them for you.

*If there is colour or a personalisation you'd like that isn't listed or detailed on the listing let us know & we'll look into it for you.

*We create our digital downloads in the same way that we do our physical prints, please allow time for these to be designed and sent over to you.

*If you would like a certain size (e.g - US Picture size) thats not a problem, send us your requested print size when ordering.

*If you would like to make any changes to a file after you've received it thats not a problem just send us a message and we'll make up to 3 changes for you.
