Colour Me Happy is a colouring book filled with empowering phrases that help children to develop a positive inner voice. A great gift for yourself or for the colouring lover in your life!
The book contains 18 pages of hand-drawn happy slogans, phrases and original artwork that are fun to colour in. The black and white designs are on every other page, so they can be cut out and stuck on a wall to fill a room with positivity - great for sparking conversations about things like body image, lack of confidence and positive thinking.
The inner pages of the A4 colouring book are 100gsm uncoated recycled paper and the cover is a thicker, glossier recycled card. It's printed with eco-friendly toner here in the UK.
Also available as a set of six postcards on recycled card - perfect as an eco-gift for a friend, or for colouring in and sending as happy mail!

I’m a psychotherapist working in CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) and I absolutely LOVE this colouring book. It’s full of super positive and empowering messages which are SO important for kids to hear. Colouring is also a really creative, absorbing and relaxing activity so it’s the perfect fun activity for promoting positive mental health in kids (and adults!) I love it, use it all the time and have ordered some more. Service was very prompt and friendly. The packing was also eco-friendly with a handwritten message from the owner. A perfect experience yet again! Thanks 😊
