DISTINCTIVE DESIGN

This delicately designed wooden frog is a EU certified toy, but you could also use it as a collectible, nature table object or shelf ornament. With its artistic design it is quite different from the fast to mass-produce flat cartoonish wooden animals.

Though created to teach love for art and craftsmanship and to set a child’s imagination free, the toy is still quite realistic and instantly recognizable, conveying the shape, color and typical posture of a frog.

It combines beautifully with the other animals from our woodland collection as it matches their scale and style.

EDUCATIONAL AND PLAY VALUE

Frog is a storied animal, featured in folklore and authored tales, and If your child is fascinated by a good story, they would include Frog in their imaginative play, eager to hear more about its adventures. Literature vastly enriches play with new scenarios, serving as inspiration for children to create their own plots. Thus they grow their creativity and develop their thinking and speaking skills.

If your child prefers facts to fiction and loves to explore nature, you could use Frog to teach lessons about its habitat and its life, and then spontaneously and logically branch out to many other topics. Later on children will include the lessons learned in their open-ended play scenarios, which in turn will help build and reinforce their long-term background knowledge - one of the most important factors for future academic success.

CONVENIENCE

Frog easily fits into little hands and pockets, so it might be taken anywhere by your child to keep them good company and engage them in fascinating play away from digital devices.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Do not soak in water. Wash each toy separately with soapy water with some vinegar. Rinse as quickly as possible. Immediately dry with a towel. Let air dry.
For disinfection you can use rubbing alcohol. We recommend spiritus aethylicus for medical purposes.
Do not put on or near heaters. Do not keep under direct sunshine for too long. Moisture and heat can cause warping and cracking in wood, so wooden products should not be exposed to these for too long.
When toys feel too dry, they need to be oiled and / or waxed. We recommend linseed oil and beeswax waxes. Other oils and waxes could be used too: mineral oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil. Vegans can use carnauba wax instead of beeswax.

This handmade frog toy was created in Bulgaria by our team of two friends. We are grateful that we can do what we deeply love, and we would like to share our skills with other people to create employment opportunities for them and keep our small town alive. We use European materials certified for toy safety and wood from sustainably managed forests. We use resources very economically. You could contribute to preserving the environment by buying our eco friendly toys which you commit to maintain well and pass on to generations ahead.

INSPECT THE PRODUCT WITH CARE. When you receive a product, please inspect it in a way you would be allowed to in a physical shop - carefully so that you do not damage it.

WRITE TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. It does not matter if you received it personally or through a third party (for example a friend or a neighbour).

SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please, make sure you pack carefully to prevent it from damaging. Use the original packaging and return the labels as well. Keep proof that you have sent the item so that you can trace it and know when we have received it

Customers pay for the shipping of returned items.

If you have used the shipping methods we offer to receive the product from us, we will fully refund the shipping costs we paid to send you the item. If you have used a more expensive one than the standard one offered by us, you will bear the difference in cost between the two types of delivery.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE. We will provide you with a tracking number when we ship the item, so that you can follow your package online.

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice you have given us a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct one. If the product ships to a wrong/nonexistent address, the package will most likely eventually be returned to us, and in certain cases we might have to pay for the return postage. If you want us to send you the package again to another address, you need to pay shipping charges again OR place a new order if you do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.

UNCLAIMED MAIL
If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

LOST DELIVERY
In case of lost delivery, we will send you a refund once the postal service provider confirms the loss. Please, contact us if you believe your order has been lost.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your item is damaged in shipping, please take clear photos of the item in damaged packaging and send them to us. We will discuss with you whether / how to send the item back, and we will send you refund.
