We use as little packaging as we possibly can. We ship our products in transparent oxo-biodegradable mailing bags. Once exposed to sunlight and oxygen, the biodegradation process initiates within 12-24 months, depending on conditions.

If you are buying The People's Stand as a gift and do not want the recipient to see the item when it lands on their doormat, please let us know. Our standard envelope is see-through but we can wrap it in packing paper if you mark the order as a gift.

Please note, for correct use the ledge where your book or tablet sits must be pushed firmly inwards, creating a secure triangular ledge.

We make every effort to despatch stands as quickly as possible. We send the stands using Royal Mail 48 (within the UK) and Royal Mail International Standard (worldwide). Both offer a reliable and good value delivery service. Occasionally delays occur.

For deliveries within the UK - if your stand has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please use your Royal Mail reference number to track your delivery on Royal Mail's website. Let us know if you experience any issues.

For worldwide deliveries - the Royal Mail International Standard service that we use, although reliable overall, varies a lot in speed, particularly during busy periods. This delivery option does not offer a tracking service.
