Vintage from the 1970s

Bracelet length: 20 Centimetres; Bracelet width: 1 Centimetres

A stylish and beautifully detailed Modernist vintage Sterling Silver bracelet...

This articulated circle link bracelet moves to drape softly against the skin. Slimline and elegant, it would suit a medium sized wrist, or even an ankle. It's around 20cm (max) long when fastened by 1cm wide x 2.5mm deep. Please check that it should fit you (not adjustable). The metal is 925 grade silver and is hallmarked in a couple of places. One small hallmark reads either BEE, BLE or CLE (the maker), followed by a large and ornate 925 stamp, then a smaller 925 stamp, and finally a sideways Birmingham anchor. No date stamp but I'd guess at 1970s or 1980s vintage.

The bracelet is formed from a row of linked petite circle discs, some are plain and shiny, some are lightly bobble textured. Each circle is a moveable link (invisible join), and is about 2.5mm deep with the right angled sides having openwork detail. The clasp is a box clasp, with a chain holding the two ends together. Clasp works well. See photos.

British made, slim and lightweight, it weighs 9g. A mix of hippie/festival, Mid Century and detailed Modernist styles.

Looks beautiful on. Photos don't do it justice (and make it look more yellowy)! Very presentable, wearable and a perfect gift idea.

Includes P&P to the UK. Comes in presentation box, I'll give it a little buff up too.

This seller usually responds within a few hours.

Items weighing under 2kg total will be posted by 2nd class Royal Mail. If it's a high value item I'll add Signed For. Items weighing over 2kg will be posted by Hermes, and if they are high value I'll add Signed For. I may not be able to post to some areas of the UK, such as the Channel Islands, but I'll give it a good go! I'll try to post within 24 hours (when Post Office opening hours allow).
All postage abroad will be by Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service, so will need signing for your end. Please say if you'd prefer just a Tracked service instead. I can't post anything that weighs over 2kg or is larger than a 'small parcel'.
I have specially chosen these items to be of superior quality and condition for their age and era. All my items are vintage (25+ years old) and may naturally have some wear and tear which may not be in the description. I have written everything to the best of my ability, and tried to describe any obvious flaws. The photos also help to show the condition - please view all photos and read the descriptions.
For lower value items I'm happy for you to provide the address and unique code for a UK onward mailing company, but I cannot accept responsibility for any damage or non-delivery beyond the mailing company's address. Once the UK mailing company has safely received the parcel it is no longer my responsibility.
Why buy new? Buy vintage, and help protect the planet. You're rescuing vintage pieces for future generations. Also, please don't bin my packaging - save, re-use and recycle. Thank you.
I use large bubble bubble-wrap with strengthening card and sturdy cardboard boxes. I often double box for safety and I re-use old newspapers to fill any gaps. I have been selling on Etsy for over five years and know and trust my packing. Jewellery is posted in small sturdy cardboard jewellery boxes, in a mailing bag. (Please re-use or recycle any packaging!)
UK free postage is factored into all my prices... I think UK customers like to see an upfront price including postage with no hidden surprises. Sorry I can't offer free post worldwide.
