If you would like a custom or personalised item not currently listed please contact us for a quote. Please note that we do not copy other people's designs or use copyrighted wording, please do not ask us to do so. We can however work with you to suggest appropriate wording and designs if you would like assistance with this. It is important to note that custom and personalised items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged. In this case we will repair, replace or refund on receipt of your returned item. Commissioned designs may later be carried as in stock designs, please let us know before you order if you require exclusivity.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide their correct postal address.

Should you provide an incorrect address please contact us straight away and we will do our best to help. However we will not take responsibility for orders posted to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and should the buyer not receive their item a refund will not be issued.

Please note if you are purchasing from abroad or requesting us to send items outside of the UK you are personally responsible for knowing the legalities of importing such items into the destination country. We are not responsible for any losses of items held or destroyed by customs. We will not refund or resend in such cases.

Each letter and design is stamped individually by hand on our items, therefore each piece is unique and the picture you see in the listing is only a representative example.

Due to the nature of stamping there may be variations in alignment, depth and spacing of letters, each letter will not be perfectly even. Please note it is likely that there will be marks and 'bumps' on the reverse of the item, this is unfortunately unavoidable as during the stamping process metal is displaced rather than removed. This is not a defect in your piece, but makes it even more unique.

Please do contact us straight away if you receive your order and it is incorrectly spelled/ worded or not the item you ordered and we will work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please remember are only responsible for a misspelled item if the fault is ours. We can not be held responsible for errors made by buyer - please thoroughly check that you have given personalised and customised details correctly and EXACTLY written as you wish them to appear. We will not correct incorrect capitalisation, punctuation, grammar, spelling or miswording.

All items are made to order please allow the time stated on the listing to produce, finish and wrap your item BEFORE it is posted. Sometimes we can rush items please contact us if you require this service before ordering. Charges may apply.

If you need your item for a specific date please allow good time and let us know before ordering. Although we usually cannot guarantee delivery we will be able to advise the best method of postage to give you the best chance to receiving your order.

Please note delivery times given by Etsy and on the Royal Mail website are estimated and they do not allow for time in customs or postal delays in the production and destination country and should not be relied on as a firm delivery date.

UK

In the UK postage is at flat rate of £2 and is by Royal Mail 1st Class. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic, it is not possible for us to upgrade your postage further at the present time.

International

We currently only ship to the US.

All shipping to the US is by International Tracked and Signed* mail. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

*Items will be sent International Tracked if sending to a PO BOX.

Most items will fit through or in a standard letter or mail box. However if miss your delivery but for whatever reason you do not pick up your items or fail to rearrange delivery in most cases it will be returned to us. Please note dependent on the country it is returning from this can take up to six months.

Once we have received your items we can resend to you, please note there will be a charge for redelivery. Should you not wish to pay redelivery we will arrange to recycle your order. In some cases we will refund non customised orders, if they are received in perfect condition within 30 days of the last attempted delivery. All refunds will be minus the original delivery charges. Custom orders and exempt items will not be refunded.

Please rest assured we are working on your order. All items will be posted out 1st Class/ International Tracked and Signed before Royal Mail's recommended last postage date for your country. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched. Should you have any queries or concerns please message us via Etsy.

Please note we can only guarantee that your order will be sent on or before Royal Mail's recommended last posting date for your country, not that your item will reach you before Christmas. Your item may be subject to delays in the post due to strike action/pandemic or at customs and such hold ups are unfortunately out of our control.
