Quality, description, delivery, communication and my love for these Birds w/Hats were great and undeniable :) Matt was super to deal with and added little special extras to my purchases. These birds are beautiful, each with their own special personality that I can match to a number of friends/family members. I looked at photos from others that showcased/ posted their pleasure with Matts' birds and how they displayed them. I took a little from all and now have a collage on my guest bedroom wall that I hope my guests will adore as much as I do.
