DISTINCTIVE DESIGN

This handmade wooden hare is a certified toy under EU regulations, but you could also use it as a collectible or decoration. Its delicate design sets it apart from mass produced flat cartoonish wooden animals.

Though designed to teach appreciation of art and beauty and open a child’s imagination, Hare is still quite realistic and true to the shape and color of its live brothers and sisters, hopping and boxing around in forests and parks.

In scale and style it matches the other animals from our growing woodland collection.

CONVENIENCE

Hare is warm and tiny, and it easily fits into a child’s hand and pocket, so it might be taken wherever a child goes as a well-loved companion who keeps them engaged in long meaningful and joyful play away from screens.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Do not soak in water. Wash each toy separately with soapy water with some vinegar. Rinse as quickly as possible. Immediately dry with a towel. Let air dry.
For disinfection you can use rubbing alcohol. We recommend spiritus aethylicus for medical purposes.
Do not put on or near heaters. Do not keep under direct sunshine for too long. Moisture and heat can cause warping and cracking in wood, so wooden products should not be exposed to these for too long.
When toys feel too dry, they need to be oiled and / or waxed. We recommend linseed oil and beeswax waxes. Other oils and waxes could be used too: mineral oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil. Vegans can use carnauba wax instead of beeswax..

This little handmade toy was designed and produced in a small Bulgarian town by our team of two friends. We appreciate the opportunity to earn our living by doing something worthwhile that we love, and we would like to share our skills with other people and create jobs for them to prevent them from sinking into poverty or leaving for crowded places with more job opportunities. We use certified paint and oils and wood from sustainably managed forests. We use resources very sparingly. You could not only help keep a small town alive but also contribute to preserving the environment by buying eco friendly toys which can be passed on to generations ahead.

INSPECT THE PRODUCT WITH CARE. When you receive a product, please inspect it in a way you would be allowed to in a physical shop - carefully so that you do not damage it.

WRITE TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. It does not matter if you received it personally or through a third party (for example a friend or a neighbour).

SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please, make sure you pack carefully to prevent it from damaging. Use the original packaging and return the labels as well. Keep proof that you have sent the item so that you can trace it and know when we have received it

Customers pay for the shipping of returned items.

If you have used the shipping methods we offer to receive the product from us, we will fully refund the shipping costs we paid to send you the item. If you have used a more expensive one than the standard one offered by us, you will bear the difference in cost between the two types of delivery.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE. We will provide you with a tracking number when we ship the item, so that you can follow your package online.

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice you have given us a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct one. If the product ships to a wrong/nonexistent address, the package will most likely eventually be returned to us, and in certain cases we might have to pay for the return postage. If you want us to send you the package again to another address, you need to pay shipping charges again OR place a new order if you do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.

UNCLAIMED MAIL
If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

LOST DELIVERY
In case of lost delivery, we will send you a refund once the postal service provider confirms the loss. Please, contact us if you believe your order has been lost.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your item is damaged in shipping, please take clear photos of the item in damaged packaging and send them to us. We will discuss with you whether / how to send the item back, and we will send you refund.
