To download the file, open the designated email and click the "View your files on Etsy" button, you will be redirected to a download page where you will be able to download a zipped file containing your design!
Otherwise, you can go to Your Account > Purchases, click on the download button next to the purchased item. Please remember to unzip the folder and extract the files.
