The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
IMPORTANT: production (processing time) and shipping (delivery term) are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-18 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Can’t believe this came to the US from Ukraine! Really didn’t take as long as I expected. For this kind of quality, well worth the wait. Included a pic with my 18 pound Maltipoo for a good size reference. Comfortable for a 5ft6 female— keep in mind this is meant to lounge on. My legs extend out onto floor, but I am able to turn and shift comfortably. Perfect to cuddle on for a read.

Really love the beanbags! I ordered the 2nd largest size, and it's a good size for me (5'10" 160lbs). Maybe a little small, as i have to sit on the very bottom in order to rest my head on it when I lean back, but nevertheless it's a great quality and very comfy. I can sit there for hours. Another review said they removed stuffing since it's a bit full, and I may look into that as well. It doesn't have as much give, or cushiony feel as you might expect, but it's comfy either way. Thank you!

Really great quality and amazing range of colours. I ordered 2 of the largest (Adult) size which are lovely, though if there had been an Extra Large size, I’d have taken those. Sonja kept up great communication and the delivery from Ukraine to Australia was smooth, on time and I was kept informed at every stage. Highly recommended.
