All items are designed and handmade by me so I can customise any hat or ear warmer for any size, colour combo and, as bobbles are detachable, you can have your hat without or order an extra one. Just drop me a message and let me know your requirements.

To measure the head to ensure a good fit use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string and measure the string on a ruler).

For the circumference measure all the way around the head, just above the eyebrows and ears, in a straight line (basically the largest part of the head). The tape should be snug but not tight.

For the length (head height) measure one side only. From the top, towards the back of the head (the crown), to the bottom of the earlobe. See below (or individual listings) for the hat size to choose.

To fit head: 18"-19.25" (45.5cm-49cm) Head height: 7" - 7.5" (18-19cm)

Remove pom pom before washing for best results!

100% Wool items: HAND WASH ONLY in warm water with mild detergent, wool wash or a gentle shampoo. Squeeze, do not wring or rub. Rinse in clear warm water and squeeze out excess. I do not recommend fabric softener. You can safely use the spin only cycle on your washing machine to remove excess moisture or roll in a towel and apply pressure. Reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct heat.

Wool Blends and Acrylic items: Hand wash as above or you use may use the the wool cycle (or 30 degrees delicate) in your washing machine. Reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct heat.

All items are handmade by me in my smoke and pet free studio with great care and attention to detail.

Your HoBo item will have a woven 'HoBo' label sewn to the brim or edge. It will have a HoBo Handmade swing tag attached with matching yarn and will arrive in it's own organza gift/storage bag, tied with a bow at the top.

I use 100% recyclable, strong mailing bags to keep postage weight low and to protect it from the elements.

I can add a gift message to the dispatch receipt and remove the price if you prefer.

I always try to describe items as accurately as I can and include as much detail as possible in my photos, please ask if you require further details of an item.

PLEASE NOTE: colours can vary slightly from screen to screen depending on your settings.

All pom poms are removable. This makes washing much easier and also means you can wear your hat with or without. It also means you can choose to change the pom pom for a different colour, matching or coordinating with the hat. Just let me know your requirements.

The pom pom ties on, I just pop the ends of the ties through the top of the hat, in the natural gap between stitches, and tie a single knot and bow inside the hat. It makes it simple and easy to remove before washing, and means there is no button or hook showing if you want to wear your hat without the pom pom.

It can range from 1-3 days for ready to ship items and up to 2-3 weeks for made to order items depending the length of my waiting list.

I ship worldwide using First Class Tracked/Signed For postage. For this reason I cannot post to PO Boxes, Packstations, etc. as they will not accept items that require a signature.

I will combine postage for more than one item.
