Yes. If you order 2 shades I can give you a 10% discount. If you want to order 3 or more shades, please contact me for more savings. If you order a lamp and shade I will refund 10% of the total price(except football lamps). All discounts will be manually refunded.

No, I still have to pay to ship an item to you. I will refund your purchase price minus the shipping cost.

Please contact me as soon as your receive the damaged item(s). Take pictures of the box, label and item(s) you bought. I will contact the post office and get the new item(s) shipped out to you ASAP. I will need pictures within 48 hours of delivery or a claim won't be accepted. After 48 hours, you will have to file a claim on your own.

All single lamp shades are shipped with USPS first Class mail. Lamps or multiple shades are shipped with priority mail. Larger boxes may be shipped with FedEx or USPS Parcel Select.
