Mothers Day Gift Red Satin Wrap Dress, 90s Red Dress, 70s Wrap Bridesmaid Dress

The dress is lovely and beautifully made with very soft fabric, the color was not the one I expected, however I have to give 5 stars for the amazing customer service. They went out of the way to find the color I wanted and offered to exchange the dresses. I will be recommending this dress shop to others I am very please with the quality of the products and the services! Update! The replacement dress was lovely and came with more than enough time for the wedding I was attending I’m thrilled with the dress and the shop support 10/10 service and product!

The customer service was top notch. They were so helpful and accommodating. They even shortened the dress to my specifications and made sure that I received it in plenty of time for our daughter's wedding. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit me properly and I needed to return it. I normally wear a medium and that is the size I ordered. The green satin fabric was lovely. I was very disappointed that it didn't fit properly. The top front of the wrap around style did not close right for me. I highly recommend Offwork Wear! I give the company 5 stars, but the dress two because of the fit.

First I have to say: I am honestly in love!!! 😍 I mean..really in love! 🤗 This coat is sooooo beautiful!!! It is made so well and you see right away it is made with love. Even the packaging is beautiful. The coat fits perfectly. I wrote Iryna my measurements, to see if I have chosen the right size. I wanted the coat to fit a bit oversized.... I got so much compliments!! I purchased the lilac one and it is such a beautiful colour. The colour of the coat seems a bit different on the pictures (due to the sunlight I think) but I even like this colour much more! And Iryna is a really nice person and answers very quickly. Beautiful dress. Looks very much the same as photos. Lovely flowing fabric and great cut of dress. My dress was in post in 3 days but had a slow trip (about 6 weeks to Australia) due to COVID-19. Iryna was great to deal with and took a lot of care in gift wrapping the dress. I’ll post a photo later when I’ll be wearing the dress as a bridesmaid for a wedding in August. Highly recommend.
