All my goods are handmade.
Each item is unique and can be different from the original when you order it again. But I will do my best to make you happy.
- Accessories must be stored in a separate box.
- Interior flowers not in direct sunlight. Dry cleaning (enough to blow off dust by a cold air flow of a hairdryer).
If there are strong contaminants (enough to wash in soapy water without rubbing).

Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account (must match your Paypal address). Please ensure that your Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by the buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

If you have some reason for discontent, please connect with me before leaving your feedback. Option return, exchanges, and cancellations of purchase are available. Just contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, can't be returned or exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you wish to cancel a transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there are non-refundable 8% PayPal fees

If you have made the payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except for the above-mentioned commission fee and shipping (FREE shipping including), as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller. Once the order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.

The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come in more than 2 - 3 months from posting date and tracking info approves that. I will fill in the claim about the loss on our own. Refund/re-delivery will be made only upon confirmation from the post offices.

If the package is lost, I return the money after I receive official written confirmation of the loss from the Ukrainian post.

If there is no response from a customer about money during return 180 days return is not held.

Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in case of "Attempted Delivery", that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets a return to me as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by the buyer. Refund of the product amount (i.e. minus the shipping fee) can be arranged.
